I've rounded up some of the best bedding brands to help you get a good night's sleep.
When choosing sheets here is what I consider: Thread Count- This is the number of threads per square inch. A higher thread count means a tighter weave and warmer sheets. The sweet spot is usually between 300 and 500. Keep in mind that a high thread count doesn't always mean high quality, as some brands use low-quality fibers. Be wary of anything over 600. Fiber - I prefer natural fibers like cotton. Is sleeping on plastic (polyester) every night really good for us? Weave - The way the fabric is constructed affects the feel of the sheets. I like a woven percale sheet, which is crisp and cool, or sateen, which has a soft, smooth, and shiny finish
